**What You'll Do**:

- **Drive Product Strategy**: Define and execute product roadmaps that align with the broader company vision. Prioritize features and enhancements, balancing market demand, technology feasibility, and strategic goals.
- **Lead Development Cycles**: Oversee the full product development life cycle, from ideation and prototyping to launch and iteration. Ensure timely delivery by working closely with engineering teams to remove roadblocks and optimize workflows.
- **Engineering Collaboration**: Engage deeply in technical discussions with engineering teams. Influence architecture decisions and align product needs with scalable and innovative technical solutions.
- **Market and User Insights**: Gather and analyze user feedback, competitor products, and market trends to drive continuous product improvement.
- **Cross-Functional Leadership**: Collaborate with marketing, business development, and design teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies and seamless user experiences.
- **Bridge Business and Tech**: Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders while also conveying business requirements clearly to engineering teams.

**What You Bring**:

- **Operational Leadership**: Proven track record of driving product initiatives with a blend of technical understanding and strategic vision. Experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams in high-paced environments.
- **Communication Skills**: Highly detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to distill complex ideas into clear, actionable plans.
- **Complex Systems Thinking**: Strong analytical skills to dissect and understand intricate systems. Comfortable managing a complex product that involves high-performance technology, blockchain and financial derivatives
- **Technical Knowledge**: Deep technical knowledge of ANY one of these domains: Blockchains, Derivatives, Trading and Risk Management.
- **Crypto Passion**: Deep interest in the cryptocurrency and DeFi space, with a strong desire to stay ahead of trends and drive innovation in this rapidly evolving ecosystem.
