About The Role
We value the importance of having a robust Innovation Team that would serve as a key pillar for sustained
commercial success. To that end, we are looking for an Innovation Manager to join us on this journey. You will
oversee our co-development and co-innovation programs to extend our partnerships with healthcare and medical
technology Centers of Excellence around the globe. The aims of these collaborations will be multi-fold: (1) clinical
evaluation of our current products, (2) development of future product generations, and (3) introduce new product
innovations into our existing portfolio. Your role will involve working with the different departments within Vivo
Surgical as well as liaising in close tandem with our external partners such as leading health systems, local and
international research institutes, start-ups and MNCs in the healthcare space.

**Your responsibilities shall include the following**:

- Driving a culture of innovation within our company
- Growing the company’s international partnerships to enhance our current and future product offerings
- Liaising with CROs and hospital groups to plan and carry out product clinical studies
- Responsible for onboarding clinical KOLs and stakeholders to gather inputs for product improvement
- Engaging with healthcare and technology partners to assess and potentially integrate new

devices/technologies for our existing product portfolio
- Managing contractual agreements with partners (research collaboration, consultancy, licensing, etc.)
- Leading internal/external innovation workshops to explore and develop new ideas, products, services
- Staying up to date with medical device trends and new product releases to provide clear-sighted

improvements to our product portfolio
- Overseeing local and international awards and grants submissions
- Working with top management to evaluate opportunities to drive future business growth

Your Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science
- At least 5 years’ experience of product innovation in the medical device industry
- Possess a strategic mindset to organize and prioritize tasks for effective and timely delivery of project

goals to meet the company’s business objectives
- Have a creative and technical approach to problem solving and solution building
