- Role SummaryWe are looking for an innovation management intern to join our global ideation program and support our innovation management initiatives. You will be working with a diverse and dynamic team of innovators, entrepreneurs, and experts to generate, evaluate, and implement new ideas that can create value for our customers and stakeholders.

Main Tasks- Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of the global ideation program, including online and offline events, workshops, and campaigns.
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, customer needs, and best practices in innovation management.
- Create and maintain excel spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports to track and measure the performance and impact of the global ideation program and innovation management projects.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including innovation managers, project teams, mentors, partners, and sponsors.
- Provide administrative and logístical support for the global ideation program and innovation management activities.
- Your Profile- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in entrepreneurship, six sigma, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong excel and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
- Passionate about innovation, creativity, and problem-solving.
- Experience or interest in innovation management, ideation, design thinking, lean startup, or agile methodologies.
