**OVERVIEW & IMPACT**:
Samsung Electronics Device Solution is a global leader in Semiconductor technology. The incumbent will joined the team as a Innovation Manager ans will be responsible for new system implementation and work method transformation from future digital transformation perspective across sales subsidiaries in the Southeast Asia region.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Drive business process improvement projects and systems
(SAP, GSCM, EDI, Web base legacy systems)
- Understand, review and define the business issues or user requirements into information systems and information management solutions.
- Participate with project team members for PI(Process Innovation) designing & planning
- Collaboration with stakeholders(HQ/RHQ) related projects which may include system implementation, internal process improvement
- Monitor in-house system (RPA, SFDC, Jira, Confluence, Flow and etc) to identify operational issues
- Conduct trainings & provide support to employees on DX processes and systems
- Prepare report on progress of projects
- Improvement IT infrastructure from On-premise base to DX (Network/Office automation/Server..)
- Managing IT service provider for improving IT system and infrastructure
- Organize regular IT team meeting, discuss improvement measures and consolidate requests.
- Consulting to SAP Logistics along with LE settlement(Transportation Management).
- Fluent in Korean language would be advantage

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- 7-10 years working experience which includes in MIS system (ERP, SCM, MES,RPA..)
- Prior experience in a IT business consulting firm or DX solution consulting firm is preferred
- Excellent working knowledge of IT
(Program language, SAP, DB, Data structure)
- Strong engagement and leadership skills with the ability to communicate well with peers and managers across various functions (e.g. sales, marketing, finance, logistics) and subsidiaries
- Effective presentation skills as this role will require making presentations to management
- A qualified person should have at least 10 years in SSD development/test/analysis engineer role. Relevant QA experience in the semiconductor/electronics industry will be an added advantage.
