Founder's Office Senior Associate

**_MISSION_** As Circles Life expands from Singapore to its international markets across Australia, Taiwan, Indonesia and Japan, we are looking for a passionate, driven and results-oriented individual to partner with the founders and help drive a number of high-stakes projects and initiatives critical to the success of the organization. By coming up with innovative ideas/ blue sky thinking, creating building blocks through experimentation, and working closely with senior stakeholders and managers, this environment will push you to challenge the status-quo - all at a pace that is exacting, but nonetheless, exciting This is a group-level role which is based in Singapore. **_ KEY OBJECTIVES_** - Lead strategic projects that contribute towards various "North Star" metrics (revenue/ adoption/ transactions) - Act as a proxy to the founder and effectively navigate through a matrix organization - Manage cross functional teams, across functions and geographies - Potentially act as the voice of Circles Life, and be the main POC liaise with external stakeholders KEY RELATIONSHIPS Reports to Co-Founders Other key relationships Leadership Team & Functional Leads across departments **_ IDEAL EXPERIENCE_** - **10+ years of Management Consulting or Chief of Staff experience** Ideally within a rapidly-evolving workplace, either a) in a top-tier management consulting company, advising high-growth tech companies, b) in a business that is a startup experiencing high-growth, or c) founders/ entrepreneurs who have bootstrapped a business and taken it to the next level - **Solid functional knowledge, including but not limited to: strategy, business development, marketing, project management etc** - **Strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with outstanding business acumen** - **Proven ability to lead teams, motivate others, and communicate complex ideas clearly** - **Strong digital mindset and passionate about disrupting the future** With an entrepreneurial spirit, and the grit, resilience and resourcefulness to overcome obstacles - **Able to work and communicate effectively across geographies** **_COMPETENCIES_** - **Driving results**: Drives towards top performance.
