Job Summary We are seeking a Lifestyle & Communications Personal Assistant to provide end-to-end personal, lifestyle, and communications support to the Co-Founder . This is not a traditional executive assistant role—it’s a hybrid position combining personal management, creative communications, and lifestyle curation . The ideal candidate will be articulate, creative, emotionally intelligent, and adaptable—someone who can keep pace with a visionary personality and help transform ideas into structured action. You will play a critical role in helping the founder streamline his day-to-day life, communications, and public presence. Key Responsibilities Lifestyle & Personal Management Support day-to-day personal logistics, including travel, scheduling, and event coordination Manage lifestyle details—fitness, nutrition, home organization, interiors, and personal aesthetics Liaise with stylists, designers, and service providers for lifestyle and brand-related needs Coordinate co-parenting schedules and personal errands as required Provide hands-on support during both quiet and high-intensity work periods Communications & Creative Support Draft and refine internal and external communications, including emails, social media content, event write-ups, and speaking scripts Serve as a “thought translator,” helping structure and articulate the founder’s ideas and key messages Manage light PR and digital presence, ensuring consistent tone and brand alignment Support event appearances and public engagements, including travel logistics and on-site coordination Operational & Administrative Maintain personal and professional calendars across multiple time zones Record and summarize meeting notes, voice memos, and creative discussions Coordinate across internal departments to ensure founder’s projects move efficiently Provide flexible remote and in-person support, including occasional global travel Candidate Profile Singapore-based, with flexibility to travel internationally for events Polished yet adaptable; able to function in a casual, high-performance tech culture Exceptional writing and communication skills —clear, concise, and confident Strong sense of aesthetics and design ; ideally with experience in lifestyle, branding, or creative writing Highly organized and proactive; comfortable managing fluid schedules and ambiguous tasks Understanding of neurodiverse working styles Professional discretion and emotional maturity Ideally has lived, studied, or worked overseas (US/Europe background preferred)This experience will allow you to deepen your expertise in Web3 and work closely with an industry expert.
