FoodToo is seeking a visionary Technical Co-Founder to drive our technical strategy, oversee development, and ensure seamless scaling of our digital platform. This co-founder will lead the technology team, align the tech roadmap with our business goals, and shape FoodToo’s expansion across regional markets. As a key member of the leadership team, the co-founder will have a key stake in buildiong a user-friendly and robust platform that empowers merchants and consumers in reducing food waste.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Technical Strategy**: Develop and implement a scalable tech strategy to support FoodToo’s growth across Singapore, SEA, and East Asia.
- **Platform Development**: Oversee the design, architecture, and deployment of the platform, ensuring reliability, security, and adaptability.
- **Team Leadership**: Recruit, mentor, and manage a growing technology team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- **Data & Analytics**: Implement data infrastructure to drive insights on user behavior, optimize platform performance, and enable data-driven decision-making.
- **Product Management**: Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure alignment of technical initiatives with business objectives.
- **User Experience**: Prioritize a seamless and engaging user experience, continuously improving platform usability based on feedback and analytics.
- **Cybersecurity & Compliance**: Ensure robust security measures and compliance with local regulations in each expansion market.
- **Innovation & R&D**: Stay up-to-date on the latest tech trends, particularly within the food tech and sustainability sectors, to drive continuous innovation.
