to unlock small molecules that were previously inaccessible. Our proprietary platform enables pharmaceutical innovators to develop and manufacture APIs more efficiently, safely, and sustainably—revolutionizing the process of bringing new therapies to patients.
By building the next-generation
Flow-CDMO (Contract Development & Manufacturing Organization) , we aim to accelerate drug development globally. We are now seeking a visionary
Business Co-Founder
and drive commercial success.
The Opportunity
Join as
Business Co-Founder
to spearhead strategy, commercialization, and growth from the ground up.
Access to previously unsynthesizable APIs through breakthrough flow chemistry
Safer, greener, and more scalable manufacturing pathways
With scientific validation, strong institutional backing, and traction in pharma and biotech ecosystems, we are ready to scale.
What You'll Do
Define, monitor, and achieve ambitious growth milestones
Shape and execute a
go-to-market strategy , targeting high-value markets and customer segments
Lead
commercial operations : engage and secure lighthouse customers in pharma, biotech, and chemicals
Drive
strategic partnerships, business development, and fundraising
Build a purpose-driven, high-performance culture that attracts top talent
Navigate
regulatory, IP, and compliance landscapes
in pharma manufacturing
Represent the company at
investor meetings, accelerators, conferences, and industry showcases
You may be a great fit if you:
Have a proven track record in
startup leadership or entrepreneurship , ideally in pharma, CDMO, or chemical synthesis
Bring experience in
venture or grant fundraising
and a strong investor network
Possess deep domain knowledge and networks across
pharma, biotech, or next-gen API platforms
Understand regulatory, IP, and compliance issues in pharmaceutical manufacturing
Demonstrate success in
driving sales, securing partnerships, and building customer trust
Have experience hiring and leading teams with an inclusive, mission-first mindset
Financially ready to self-sustain in the early build phase
Hold strong
strategic, commercial, and communication skills
to align diverse stakeholders
Have direct experience in
CDMO operations or chemical process scale-up
Bring a global perspective on pharma supply chains and markets
Founding-level equity
in a deep-tech venture reshaping pharma manufacturing
Opportunity to shape company direction, culture, and commercialization strategy
