The Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Project Scheduler / Planner is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the production schedules within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role requires a deep understanding of project management principles, proficiency in P6 Oracle Primavera software, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**1. Schedule Development**
- Utilize P6 Oracle Primavera to create and maintain detailed project schedules for pharmaceutical manufacturing activities.
- Collaborate with project managers, production teams, and other stakeholders to gather relevant information for schedule development.
- Ensure schedules align with project timelines, resource availability, and regulatory requirements.

**2. Resource Allocation**
- Work closely with production and resource managers to allocate personnel, equipment, and materials efficiently.
- Optimize resource utilization to maximize production output while minimizing downtime and costs.
- Identify and resolve potential resource conflicts to maintain schedule integrity.

**3. Progress Monitoring**
- Implement tracking mechanisms within P6 Oracle to monitor project progress against established schedules.
- Regularly update project stakeholders on schedule status, milestones achieved, and potential risks or delays.
- Analyze project performance data and recommend adjustments to schedules as needed.

**4. Risk Management**
- Identify potential risks that could impact project schedules and develop contingency plans.
- Collaborate with the project team to implement risk mitigation strategies and maintain schedule adherence.

**5. Communication**
- Facilitate communication between different departments, including production, quality control, regulatory affairs, and supply chain.
- Act as a liaison between project managers and production teams to ensure clear understanding and execution of project schedules.

**6. Documentation**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to project schedules, resource allocations, and changes.
- Generate reports using P6 Oracle to provide insights into project performance and schedule compliance.

**7. Continuous Improvement**
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement in scheduling and resource management. Participate in post-project reviews to gather insights and implement lessons learned for future projects.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Operations Management, Pharmaceutical Sciences).
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical scheduling, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in P6 Oracle Primavera software.
- Strong understanding of project management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
