**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and lead Aethir's marketing strategy with a specific emphasis on branding and public relations to solidify our position as leaders in decentralized and AI-driven physical infrastructure.
- Enhance Aethir's brand identity across various channels, ensuring consistent, impactful messaging that aligns with our mission and technological advancements.
- Manage comprehensive PR campaigns that effectively communicate the importance of DePIN and AI technologies in improving urban and industrial infrastructures.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including press releases, articles, and digital media, that showcases Aethir’s innovations and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure deep understanding of our technology, enabling accurate and powerful storytelling in all marketing materials.
- Monitor industry trends to proactively adjust marketing and PR strategies, ensuring Aethir remains at the cutting edge of developments in DePIN, AI, and related technologies.
- Utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of branding and PR campaigns, adapting strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize impact.
- Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and industry leaders to amplify our message and expand our network in relevant sectors.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on branding and public relations, preferably in technology-driven industries like AI, blockchain, or infrastructure.
- Expert understanding of branding, media relations, and strategic communications, with the ability to engage and persuade various audiences.
- Exceptional communication and content creation skills, capable of producing engaging and authoritative materials that align with Aethir's innovative ethos.
- Strong leadership qualities, able to guide a team in executing complex marketing strategies and achieving ambitious goals.
- Analytical mindset, proficient in leveraging marketing tools and metrics to optimize brand reach and public engagement.
- Highly creative and strategic, with a track record of implementing successful branding and PR campaigns that enhance company visibility and industry standing.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, supplemented by relevant professional experience.
