Job Posting Title Director Financial Modeling - Remote **Job Description**: The Director of Financial Modeling will be instrumental in defining and developing both prospective and retrospective models to support the development and deployment of product pricing strategies and value propositions. This position will work closely with senior leadership and other Prime departments providing leadership on financial analysis, cost drivers, pricing structures and strategy. **Responsibilities**: - Provide financial support to various Prime product teams relative to pricing structures and value proposition assessments - Collaborate with various management groups to improve efficiencies in current pricing/modeling processes - Create cost/benefit, ROI analysis and other financial reports and models to support the business with critical evaluation on both strategic and financial impacts to Prime - Aid in the creation of market-facing value statements and content - Support market intelligence gathering efforts and contribute to external partner discussions regarding product pricing and value positioning - Consult and assist more junior team members with financial and industry expertise - Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Business or related area of study or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS diploma or GED is required - 8 years of work experience in financial analysis - 5 years of leadership/people management experience - Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship Additional Qualifications - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with ability to work in complex environments Preferred Qualifications - MBA preferred - PBM/ healthcare experience - Experience in working with all levels of management and consulting with key business stakeholders Minimum Physical Job Requirements - Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear - Frequently required to reach with hands and arms - Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch - Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds - Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus Reporting Structure - Reports to AVP of Product Pricing Potential pay for this position ranges from $120,300.00 - $192,300.00 based on location, experience and skills.
