Job description:

- Assist Director with daily administrative duties that include managing appointment calendar; including scheduling of meetings, organizing travel arrangements and completing expense claims.
- Provide administrative support on document preparation
- Attend to personal matters of CEO when required

Human Resource Executive

Job description:

- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, and payroll administration
- Assist in interviewing, screening, and selection of new hires
- Manage staff personal files
- Conduct on-boarding orientation and exit interview
- Develop and manage Training and Development plan
- Checking of monthly payroll, CPF contribution and related reports
- Process insurance and benefits claim matters
- Manage leave administration
- Organise company’s social and recreation activities
- Process employees tax matters
- Review and update HR policies and processes to ensure compliance to statutory requirement
- Handle staff feedbacks and grievances, and organise staff sharing sessions for effective communication
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the management
