**RSMM (Regional Sales Market management) - Executive**

As an Executive, you will support a dynamic range of markets in the region to help Motor Image Group to surpass its growth goals in its Subaru network and distribution, especially Vietnam, Thailand and Cambodia.

**Responsibilities**
- Closely monitor sales and aftersales performance, inventory situation, marketing activities in Vietnam, Thailand, and Cambodia.
- Work with in-country team on the ground situation, trends, customers needs, pricing and provide countermeasures accordingly.
- Establishes and maintains good relationships with branch managers and dealers in Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia to understand local need and challenges and provides solutions accordingly.
- Liaise with local team to ensure business operation and process is smooth.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in Vietnamese or Thai to converse to monitor Vietnam and Thailand market will be an advantage.**:

- Data driven sales operations background.
- Strong experience in project management and tracking.
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload.
- Prior employment in automotive sales is preferred with 1-3 years of experience.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritises and manage time effectively.
- Experience in working in multi-cultural environment.
- Ability to travel if needed.
