Preschool Curriculum and Parent Liaison Officer

**Job Descriptions**:

- Design, develop and implement school-wide and age-appropriate preschool curriculum and learning environment
- Develop and provide training courses for teaching staff for curriculum implementation
- Monitor the curriculum implementation process and exercise control quality at all the centres according to the school curriculum guidelines
- Understand the training needs of staff at different levels, and arrange staff to attend appropriate internal or external training programmes for their upgrade
- Liaise and communicate with ECDA/MOE on curriculum issues, and participate in industry meetings and forums to continuously improve schools curriculum
- Build relationship, communicate and enable the development of a positive rapport with prospective parents, staff, community partners and other parties.
- Ability to work with different departments, specially Administration, Marketing/Sales & Operations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in curriculum planning, development, and training in early childhood
- High sense of responsibility, positive working attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to manage and lead a team
