As a Senior Preschool Curriculum Specialist, you will design engaging curricula, mentor educators, and promote best practices in teaching while fostering an environment that values diversity and supports every child’s needs.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop preschool curriculum that aligns with educational standards, developmental milestones and learning resources
- Coach educators to implement effective and inclusive teaching strategies
- Oversee and evaluate curriculum implementation to ensure quality delivery
- Plan and facilitate trainings for centre leaders and teaching teams
- Advise on policies and practices to enhance inclusive education
- Lead projects and initiatives to strengthen preschool programmes within curriculum and other departments within the Child Development Department

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in early childhood education or the preschool sector
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (English)
- Expertise in curriculum design and inclusive practices
- Strong knowledge of the local preschool landscape and frameworks like NEL and EYDF
- Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Strong language abilities, both written and spoken
- Effective stakeholder management
- Passion for creating equitable opportunities for all children
