The Methodist Preschool Services is looking for a Leader with a progressive mindset to join one of our centers as a Principal to lead and progress with us to nurture the preschoolers to become a person of Good Character, who possesses future-ready mindsets of an Explorer, an Innovator and an Entrepreneur. He/she is also a nurturing leader to the staff that works with her/him

**Responsibilities**:

- Uphold the Company’s vision and mission in providing early childhood education programmes that exemplify excellence in teaching and care.
- Lead the teaching and preschool support team in the execution of professional duties and responsibilities to meet the financial, curriculum and operational requirements of the centre.
- Develop on-going partnerships with stakeholders of early childhood education, i.e. families, the local church in ensuring Christian education and fulfilling of ministry plans, and the community to achieve the desired goals and educational outcomes for children.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education - **Leadership **or
- Bachelor's degree with **Leadership **in Early Childhood Care and Education
- L2 ECDA-certification, preferably with experience in a leadership role
- Able to implement a curriculum based on Christian values
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- A team player with a positive approach towards work and people
- Has high EQ, strong leadership and organisational skills
- Can write well and has good verbal communication skills
- Is familiar with ECDA licensing and SPARKS
