The Curriculum Specialist provides the design and set up of secure and quality learning environments for children, and in nurturing respectful, responsive and reciprocal relationships with them. The Curriculum Specialist leads in the design and implementation of a developmentally and culturally appropriate curriculum. He/She develops structures for sustained collaborative partnerships with families and the community, and is intentional in establishing and co-leading collaborative partnerships with them. The Curriculum Specialist designs and contributes to the centre’s culture of continuous learning, collaboration and collegiality, in line with its vision, mission and goals.
- Developing and executing training and provide guidance to teachers

on the use of the curriculum.
- Conduct feedback sessions with Centres on the curriculum, review the

feedbacks and make the necessary changes to enhance the

curriculum.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Specialists to embrance the

running of the curriculum and to review regularly.
- Conduct class observation on the implementation of curriculum at

ground and review on the necessary improvement.

**Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education or

higher.
- Minimum 8 years in managing development and implementation of

curriculum with at least 3 years in leadership position, or Lead

Teacher position.
- Familiar with MOE Nurturing Early Learners Framework and ECDA

Early Years Development Framework.
- Familiar with ECDA Regulatory Standards & Singapore Preschool

Accreditation Framework (SPARK) Quality Rating Scale (QRS).
- Strong Microsoft Office in Excel and Word.
- Keep abreast with current trends and has sound pedagogical

knowledge and skills on child development.
- Knowledge of instruction/curriculum design, content development

and delivery.
- Strong communication and written skills.
- A team player with good interpersonal skill.
- Multi-tasking, able to work independently with minimum supervision.
