Position Overview: At SuperGenius Preschool, we're excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated Preschool Curriculum Coordinator to join our innovative team. This role is designed for an individual with a passion for early childhood education, who thrives on crafting engaging learning experiences and is proficient in utilising AI tools for curriculum development. Responsibilities: Develop and refine a child-centric curriculum that is fully aligned with our mission, vision, and educational ethos, ensuring it promotes holistic development across cognitive, social, emotional, and physical domains. Utilize advanced AI tools to craft creative and personalized lesson planning, tailoring content to cater to the developmental needs and interests of preschool-aged children (2-5 years old). Actively seek, analyze, and integrate educator feedback to continuously improve and update curriculum materials and ensure their effectiveness. Design and deliver dynamic training sessions for teachers, providing them with comprehensive lesson plans, guidance, and support to facilitate successful curriculum implementation. Ensure the curriculum includes engaging, interactive, and hands-on learning experiences that foster exploration and play, as well as incorporate diverse perspectives for a culturally sensitive and inclusive educational experience. Work collaboratively with the educational team to ensure curriculum alignment with learning objectives, program goals, and educational standards. Stay abreast of current trends, research, and innovations in early childhood education to inform and enhance curriculum development practices. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of the curriculum's impact, and revise materials as necessary to maintain relevance, engagement, and educational excellence. Uphold a forward-thinking and research-informed approach in all aspects of curriculum development and execution, maintaining our commitment to inclusive education that nurtures growth in every child. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree in these fields is highly preferred. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Curriculum Writer or in a similar role, specifically within an early childhood or preschool educational setting. Comprehensive knowledge of early childhood educational principles, theories, and best practices, as well as an understanding of child development stages and their implications for curriculum design. Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a proven track record of creating clear, concise, and engaging curriculum materials that are innovative and age-appropriate. Familiarity with current educational standards and frameworks applicable to preschool education, along with the skill to integrate these into curriculum development effectively. Demonstrated creativity in developing educational experiences that support and stimulate children's growth and development. Proficiency in utilising AI tools and educational software for innovative curriculum planning and content development. A proactive and responsive approach to feedback, with the ability to incorporate multiple perspectives into curriculum refinement. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work that meets deadlines. Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring a streamlined and efficient workflow. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, working with diverse stakeholders to achieve educational goals. A strong commitment to creating and maintaining a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all children.
