DESIGNATION : Parent Liaison Executive (Location: Tampines)
RESPONSIBILITIES
**Parent Liaison**
- Parental liaison, reception duties, phone enquiries
- Meet and greet parents in the morning at the school entrance
- Handle, respond and follow-up where necessary with all parent queries as they arise i.e school events, student led conferences, assemblies etc
- Liaise with other EtonHouse schools regarding student transfers
- Escort prospective parents around the school’s facilities
- Documenting all complaints or queries raised by parents and bringing such to the attention of the Principal and Parent Liaison Manager
- Liaise with parents on collection of subsidy cheques
- Attend school functions and Open House that may be held outside of the contractual hours as required
**Promotions and Marketing**
- Assist with promoting and marketing of the school
- Assist with the planning of school functions and Open House
**Transport Liaison**
- Liaison with the company/companies providing transport for pupils to and from school
- Deal with any complaints regarding the transport services
**Students’ Movements**
- Handle all admission and withdrawal documents
- Keep track of student numbers in the school
- Maintain current student class lists and keep teachers updated of same
- Liaise with supervisor on MSF documents on submission/withdrawl
**Uniforms**
- Liaise with uniform companies
- Sale of uniform items
**Administrative Duties**
- Assist in administrative duties including but not limited to:o Bill invoices, collection of school fess and issuance of receipts
o Simple accounts and book-keeping
o Stock-take and office equipment/stationery order
**Others**
- Any other duties as directed from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma Holders with at least 1 to 2 years of related work experience in a sales management / business development role in the education services or a service-orientated industry
- Sales management experience is desirable
- Customer service experience is essential in dealing to both existing and prospective parents
- Experience working in a school environment would be an added advantage
- Possess a collaborative attitude and work well in a team-orientated work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Results orientated with a hands-on approach
- Ability to multi-task is essential for this position
