Operating mainly online with a physical office and warehouse for self-collections, we pride ourselves on our efficient fulfillment services and excellent customer care to truly exemplify play at its finest. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Customer Service and Fulfillment Associate to join our team.

**Job Overview**:
As a Customer Service and Fulfillment Associate at TOYTAG, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth daily operations. This hybrid role involves both packing and processing orders as well as providing high-quality customer service. You will handle customer inquiries, manage stock, process returns, and assist with fulfillment tasks in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

**Order Fulfillment**
- Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure orders are labeled correctly and prepared for shipping or self-collection.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all products are in good condition before dispatch.

**Customer Service**
- Assist customers that come in to our office with product recommendations and checkout.

**Warehouse Operations**
- Manage inventory levels by organizing and restocking shelves.
- Assist with receiving new inventory and processing shipments.
- Keep the warehouse tidy and organized for efficient operation.

We are seeking to add 1-2 members to our team to work with us 5 days a week, Monday -Friday 12pm-5:30pm. Having a passion for toys and games is a bonus but is not required. We are also looking for someone who can commit until at least January, but we are open to longer commitments as well as growth within the company as we scale up.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Fresh graduate

Pay: $10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 27.5 per week
