**Working Hours**:Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
**Role Overview**:
We are on the lookout for an energetic Presales Manager with a strong grasp of the cybersecurity and network sectors. This role is pivotal in our sales mechanism, requiring collaboration with our sales force to tailor solutions that meet client needs, enhance customer understanding through detailed product demos, and address technical inquiries effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Partner with the sales team to vet potential deals through your technical and functional insights
- Pinpoint and clearly define client requirements
- Foster new business and engage with leads to clarify their technological needs and objectives
- Perform in-depth needs analysis to craft optimal network solutions
- Support the sales crew in crafting detailed proposals and responding to RFPs with tailored, persuasive solutions
- Present and demonstrate our offerings to both prospects and existing clients
- Communicate with product developers to ensure a deep product understanding that can be conveyed to customers
- Customize solutions that align perfectly with client needs and present these proposals effectively
- Address client queries promptly during the sales cycle, underscoring product benefits and functionalities
- Strategize with the sales and technical teams for seamless sales execution
- Explore new business opportunities based on your understanding of our products and market needs
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with prospective clients throughout the presales phase
- Educate our sales team on product technicalities
- Stay abreast of industry trends and product updates to keep clients and team members informed
- Represent the company at trade shows and conferences to promote our solutions
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of proven experience in presales, sales engineering, or a similar technical advisory role
- A keen understanding of enterprise software and technological solutions
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in guiding a presales team
- Effective communication skills, capable of breaking down complex solutions for various audiences
- Skilled in creating persuasive presentations and adept at conducting thorough technical discussions
- Strong analytical skills with a solution-driven approach to addressing client needs
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM software is essential
