**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with the Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) committee to analyse and develop manpower planning solutions.
- Stakeholder engagement with all NUHS institutions, business units and Ministry of Health (MOH) to establish baseline staffing norms.
- Support workforce transformation in establishing the Future of Work and productivity measure matrix. Future of Work includes job re-design, technology, automation and process optimisation.
- Perform manpower needs and gap analysis to support workforce planning strategies.
- Track, prepare and communicate regular project progress timely to project sponsor and stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings and effective management of project stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience; healthcare experience is an added advantage.
- Experience in using productivity measuring tools for large manpower projects.
- Proficient in Excel with strong analytical, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with the senior management.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines and able to effectively prioritize work.
- Strong accountability to deliver high quality work.
