Finance Business Analyst | Workday Workforce Planning/Reporting 2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Overview The Finance Business Analyst will play a key role in analyzing business operations and designing effective processes and systems. This role involves evaluating the current business model, assessing its integration with technology, identifying customer and stakeholder requirements, and defining future state solutions. The ideal candidate will work independently, develop subject matter expertise, and contribute actively to team discussions by offering insights and problem solving recommendations. Key Responsibilities Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and encourage collaboration among stakeholders. Develop clear and comprehensive documentation to support process improvements and system enhancements. Apply data analysis techniques to identify trends, support insights, and guide decision making. Create visual process representations to improve understanding and communication across teams. Conduct research, gather information, and synthesize findings to support business recommendations. Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies through continuous learning. Provide expert-level support in Adaptive Planning and advanced-level support in Workday Workforce Planning and Workday Advanced Reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Min. 2 years' experience in finance business analysis. Expert proficiency in Adaptive Planning. Advanced proficiency in Workday Workforce Planning and Workday Advanced Reporting. Excellent analytical, problem solving, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and contribute meaningfully to team discussions. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
