Our client is one of the biggest players globally in the industry that they are in and is looking to expand its presence in Asia Pacific in the upcoming years. The organisation practices a strong collaborative working culture and is constantly looking at potential talent mobility to promote its people. They are currently looking for a new Talent Management & Talent Development Business Partner for Asia Pacific to help set up its talent framework.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Head of HR (APAC), you will be working closely with respective country business leads in identifying current talent pain points and be responsible in developing and formulating the right talent strategy to support the business growth and potential leadership pipeline to help grow the Asia Pacific region.

You will be responsible for building inclusive talent processes and develop a ready pipeline of future leaders within the organisation. Other than the area of talent management and learning, you will also be looking at a holistic view of talent in the aspects of global talent mobility and potential talent acquisition strategies as well.

**What you'll need to succeed**

A minimum bachelor degree with at least 5-6 years of talent management or organisational development experience, with experience in a regional role.
