Singapore The Edge Partnership Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Our client, a prominent Singapore-headquartered organization and a leading player in its field, is seeking a Talent Manager to support and implement talent management strategies aimed at identifying, developing, and retaining high-potential employees.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the identification and development of high-potential employees including annual talent review cycle and succession planning.
  • Curate job rotations, mobility opportunities, and career pathways to support talent growth.
  • Oversee scholarship and development programs for early talents.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to plan and execute talent movement strategies.
  • Track and evaluate talent progression, providing insights and reports for leadership.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance talent development initiatives.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related discipline.
  • 6–10 years of experience in talent management or leadership development.
  • Strong stakeholder management and program design skills.
  • Prior coaching experience or knowledge of assessment tools is preferred.
  • Analytical, proactive, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
