**About Marketnode**

Marketnode is an SGX / Temasek Holdings joint venture focused on digitalizing end-to-end market infrastructure.

Marketnode is currently building Fundnode - a national funds settlement utility. It was announced by SFIG (Singapore Funds Industry Group) recently. We are looking for an experienced person who can head operations and BAU team for running Fundnode operations and work with asset owners, asset managers and service providers to run a world class infrastructure using latest blockchain technologies.

**Job Summary**
- Establish operational team, and procedures with participants of Fundnode and coordinate any changes in operations processes where applicable
- Manage counterparties and service providers' relationships and monitor to ensure proper controls of their performance in line with internal policies
- Conduct regular reviews of SLAs and procedure manual
- Oversight and ownership of the team's operational risk profile
- Responsible for the training and development of team to build up succession of roles in the team
- Engage in day-to-day operations
- Work closely with product owner and technology teams for further build out of features and functions of Fundnode and help position it as a national utility for the industry

**Qualifications**
- 10+ years of experience in fund operations in an investment management firm
- Experience in managing and leading a team with 5 years in a leadership capacity
- Strong understanding of operational risks and control frameworks
- Strong advocate of continuous improvement in quality and delivery of the team
- Effective communication skills, written, presentational and verbal
- Experience in managing relationships with service providers and managing daily operations
