**Fund management and business operations**
- Set up all operational and business aspects for the organisation including:

- Set up, review and implementation and improvement of operating workflow, including fund accounting, trade support, settlements, reconciliations, collateral management, capital calls & distributions and counterparty reporting
- Full fund formation set up including opening bank accounts, brokerage accounts, custody account
- Perform AML/KYC assessment and approval for investor and counterparty on boarding
- Assisting FATCA & CRS Responsible Officer in FATCA & CRS implementation and reporting for the firm and the funds
- Fund(s) and managed investment reporting
- Work with the fund administrators and investment team to support:

- Periodic valuations (including external valuations and internal valuation control coordination)
- Monthly fund and investments reporting
- Quarterly report preparation
- Annual Financial statement preparation for the GP and LP as required
- Set up proper system to ensure proper record keeping and information management regards to fund information, filing, archiving etc for external and internal audit and compliance purposes

**Compliance, risk management and technology**
- Responsible for regulatory compliance and enterprise risk management including establish, improve and maintain robust operations, controls and compliance frameworks and policies
- Set up of technology systems to support business operations

Skills and experience:

- 8 to 10 years of working experience, with 5 years being financial markets experience - in the finance, middle office or fund operations team at an asset manager, fund administrator, or financial institution. Interest and knowledge in cryptocurrencies will be a plus
- Familiar with principles of fund valuation, financial statements, and accounting practices (e.g. US GAAP, IFRS). Business partnering and decision support experience.
- Data Driven Mindset. Strong quantitative and analytical skills, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Chartered Accountant with Degree or Professional Qualification in Accountancy is preferred.
