Singapore VANTAGE POINT ASSET MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. Full time

**Role**:

- Designated key and direct report to Group Chief Operating Officer for Fund Operations;
- Structure and manage a small team of Ops analysts;
- Mentor, plan and develop junior team member(s).

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide full support to Group Chief Operating Officer with full accountability on all aspects of Fund Operations;
- Manage portfolio valuation, trade processing, settlements and matching on daily basis;
- Manage and resolve daily trade breaks with brokers, fund admins and custodians;
- Perform reconciliations (cash, position, trade) on daily, weekly, monthly basis;
- Manage primary service provides such as fund administrator, prime brokers, external auditors, legal advisors in relation to all managed fund(s) (Cayman domiciled, Singapore VCCs etc.);
- Work closely with fund administrator to review Net Assets Values, Performance Returns, and other fund accounting output on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis thereby approving the monthly NAV packs for delivery to investor(s) by fund administrator;
- Manage subscriptions and redemptions by investors in the Company managed fund(s) (Cayman domiciled, Singapore VCCs etc.);
- Preparation of financial statements and liaise with external auditors on financial year-end audit for the Company managed fund(s);
- Review of fund expenses to ensure proper classification and allocations. This would include analysing and reporting of fund expenses run rate; ensure alignment of total expense ratio(s) the Company managed fund(s);
- Processing fund invoices for settlement;
- Assist with prospective investor onboarding, investors’ due diligence and enquiries on a time efficient manager;
- Monitor the compliance, risk, and controls function by working closely with Chief Risk Officer and relevant service providers;
- Assist and provide periodic and ad hoc statistics and data to aid reporting to local regulators or other jurisdictions where applicable.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years’ professional experience in fund operations; fund accounting or fund administration;
- Minimum bachelor’s degree and/or graduate/post graduate accreditations in finance;
- Excellent technical skills in conventional and exotic financial instruments;
- Good understanding of fund structures (Cayman domiciled funds, SG VCCs etc);
- Ability to perform fund expense analysis and expense processing;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to work independently as well as being a strong team player;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill;
- Good organizational skill and time management;
- A focussed and meticulous mindset on attention to detail;
- Excellent interpersonal skills both internally and externally;
- Ability to maintain a sound level of KPIs and high touch client service quality and build professional rapport with client.
