We welcome energetic and creative individuals to be part of this ambitious journey with us. ‍ **About the Role**: We are hiring a **Head of Fund Management** who will lead Alta’s licensed fund management platform, with the mandate to grow AUM through new fund launches, strategic partnerships, and capital raising initiatives. This is a pivotal role for a commercially-oriented executive with strong experience in fund structuring, distribution, investor relations, and platform growth. You will work closely with Alta’s Exchange, Capital Markets, and Institutional Sales teams to structure products that leverage our private market infrastructure and deliver value to LPs and strategic partners. **Some Of The Key Responsibilities Include**: - ** Drive AUM Growth**: Lead the design, structuring, and go-to-market strategy of new funds and investment vehicles aligned to investor demand. - ** Fundraising & Distribution**: Build and maintain relationships with strategic LPs, family offices, and institutional partners to raise capital across vehicles. - ** Platform Leadership**: Oversee the fund management business unit, ensuring compliance while scaling operational and commercial capabilities. - ** Product Development**: Work with investment, legal, and sales teams to structure innovative funds — including feeder funds, co-investment vehicles, and RWA-backed strategies. - ** Investor Engagement**: Manage LP communications and reporting, including fund onboarding, capital calls, and regular updates. - ** Strategic Partnerships**: Collaborate with brokers, banks, wealth managers, and digital platforms to expand distribution channels. - ** Governance & Compliance**: Serve as the Licensed Representative for the fund management business, ensuring adherence to MAS and cross-border regulatory frameworks. - ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with Alta’s Capital Markets, Product, and Exchange businesses to ensure fund strategies integrate with broader platform goals. **About You**: 10+ years of experience in fund management, capital markets, or alternative investment platforms. - Proven track record in fund formation, AUM growth, and investor relationship management.Strong understanding of private market asset classes including private credit, private equity, and real-world assets.Experience working with LPs including family offices, private banks, institutions, or high-net-worth individuals.Solid grasp of fund structuring and regulatory requirements across Singapore and other key jurisdictions.Entrepreneurial mindset with commercial instinct — you know how to sell the vision and close commitments. - Familiarity with digital fund platforms, tokenization, or alternative trading systems is a plus. ‍
