**About The Role**
Makers Fund is a global interactive entertainment industry venture capital firm focused on early-stage investments. We are looking for a Fund Operations Director to be based in Singapore. The Fund Operations Director will be responsible for managing and supporting the fund operations in Singapore, Hong Kong and other countries together with the finance, legal, HR, compliance and the General Partners.
This will be a hands-on role, working together with the fund operations and investment teams to ensure high standards and effective operations of the firm. The role will report into the General Partner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with a multifunctional team across finance, legal, hr and compliance teams to ensure fund operations run effectively
- Support the general partners in analysing and implementing tactical and strategic initiatives on fund operations, fund structure and tax
- Work alongside the investment and finance teams on Limited Partner reports
- Plan and implement processes to improve fund operations and ways of working

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in financial services industry, preferably with time in asset management, private equity, or venture capital with 2 years' experience working with C-suite leaders in operations.
- Proven experience working across financial, legal, tax and regulatory aspects of a fund.
- Prior experience on fund setup, structuring and tax matters is ideal
- Detail orientated individual with strong process management, problem solving and communication skills
- Openness and proactive in broadening knowledge in unfamiliar areas
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
