**The Opportunity**

We seek an exceptional leader to serve as both General Manager and Head of Funds for our Singapore operations, driving our growth in the Asia-Pacific region. This strategic position reports to the Global Head of Funds while overseeing all aspects of our Singapore office.

**Your Impact**

As General Manager & Head of Funds, you will:
**Fund Services & Office Leadership**
- Ensure exceptional client service delivery, from onboarding through ongoing administration
- Manage day-to-day operations, including business continuity, governance, and compliance
- Oversee fund accountants, investor service professionals, and corporate, governance and compliance team members
- Collaborate effectively with our Centers of Excellence to optimize service delivery
- Review financial reports, implement change initiatives, and manage local operations
- Determine resource requirements and sign employee and third-party contracts
- Serve as the main regulatory contact and ensure compliance with local laws
- Take on local directorships for client entities when needed

**Strategic Leadership**
- Develop and execute growth plans while optimizing team structure and efficiency
- Drive risk management, digital transformation, and process automation
- Manage financial KPIs, build strong client relationships, and identify new opportunities
- Foster team wellbeing through clear expectations, guidance, and coaching
- Embody Bolder's DNA and champion our culture and technology adoption

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications & Expertise**
- 10+ years in financial services with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field
- Proven management skills across clients, people, finance, risk, and compliance
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and alternative investment strategies
- Experience with fund accounting and corporate entities aligned with international standards
- Understanding of Singapore regulations while operating within multinational environments
- Experience working with global clients and international financial standards
- Additional experience in private equity and wealth management would be advantageous
- Singapore permanent residency would be beneficial for client directorship appointments

- Effective relationship management and business development skills
