As part of the Global Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement Team, the person in this role will contribute to creating value to the business through the coordination of events, community engagement and production of communication materials and campaigns.

**Internal and External Communication**
- Design presentations and visuals for various audiences: senior management, employees, external stakeholders
- Manage with the publication of content on internal and external social media platform
- Assist with the planning and coordination of communication campaigns acting as a liaison between various teams and stakeholders

**Events and Community Engagement**
- Participate actively in the management and delivery of D&I and Engagement events: calendar coordination, identification of suppliers/partners, organisation and planning of the logistic
- Contribute roll out of employee surveys and production of materials to communicate results
- Support the coordination and engagement of communities of champions (D&I, SCOR For Good, Health and Wellbeing)
- Provide research and market intelligence

**Operations and Administration**
- Manage reporting and audit requirements
- Contribute to Data & Analytics projects and initiatives related to D&I and Engagement
- Assist with monitoring of budget and processing of invoices for campaigns and events
- Manage the update of systems

**Experience**:

- Good knowledge of general administration
- Experience in event coordination, communication and marketing
- Experience of working in an agile team
- Strong IT skills with very good knowledge of MS Office tools, Social Media platforms and ideally Sharepoint
- Graphic design and desktop publishing software skills are a plus

**Education**
- Bachelor’s undergraduate with studies in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences or equivalent
- Passion/interest and basic understanding of Diversity & Inclusion
