**Position Summary
This Manager position leads the Diversity and Inclusion agenda across Asia as an individual contributor. The incumbent will partner with local HR colleagues and the businesses to create awareness, build a D&I strategy, and implement solutions to help build upon LSEG’s strong culture of inclusivity.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Co-create and lead the implementation of the Diversity & Inclusion agenda across Asia as part of the Leadership Development Team
- Partner with global colleagues to understand the Group’s philosophy around D&I and shape our strategy in Asia.
- Own the relationship with country HR across the Asia countries when it comes to D&I and customize priorities as relevant to the country.
- Support multiple projects which include the development and execution of programs that will require conducting internal and external research as well as coordination and administration / logistics for the programs
- Build relationships with thought leaders across Asia and participate in external awards that positions LSEG as a Great Place to Work

**Experience and Qualifications Required**
- You are deeply passionate about D&I and understand that the D&I dialogue differs by country across Asia. You are curious and strive to celebrate differences while educating others in a respectful manner about mutual respect and appreciation
- With five or more years of experience in enabling D&I agendas and/or L&D experience, you will have a solid appreciation of the challenges that come with creating a truly inclusive culture as well as how to navigate these challenges
- You appreciate the nuances between the various populations within large scale organizations and have experience working with sales teams, call centres or operational teams.
- You enjoy building relationships and are comfortable in a matrixed organization which requires both strategy development and front-line execution; you’ll see the size of this organisation, the number of stakeholders, and the complexity of our products as a great opportunity to play a critical role in an increasingly successful international business
