**Job overview**

Inclusion, Diversity and Belonging is a critical performance enabler for our business. Combining energy, passion, and expertise, we are looking for an experienced business partner to lead a range of programs and initiatives to drive change both globally and locally, using a range of techniques to influence and engage colleagues.

**What you will do**
- Providing strategic overview on IDB to a defined region and/or business unit
- Supporting the Senior IDB Business Partner as applicable
- Working across global teams, making meaningful contributions, and growing cross-cultural learning and expertise
- Drafting communications and marketing messages and content
- Delivering bespoke training and content
- Preparing IDB program plans to track and monitor milestones and progress, providing updates to key stakeholders as required
- Providing input in request for proposal (RFP) submissions
- Managing IDB events and trainings
- Managing the local IDB calendar and contributing to a single global calendar
- Actively managing relationships with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), providing strategic overview
- Actively contributing to global IDB engagement channels such as Slack and SharePoint
- Leading or providing strategic input to specific IDB themes (e.g., race, gender, LGBTQ)
- Support wellbeing and Thrive agendas

**What you will bring**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an IDB role
- Achieve **Client Impact** by building trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and proactively finding solutions to potential challenges
- ** Trust-Based Teaming** at all levels by holding confidence, suspending judgement, and creating and maintaining safe spaces for colleagues
- ** Work smart** through effective risk management, high quality performance and contextual challenge
- ** Communicate** clearly **and influence** a range of stakeholders through confident articulation of ideas and concepts, communicating succinctly while actively listening and crafting messages in line with both direct and indirect feedback
- ** Develop and lead** by seeking feedback and prioritizing personal and professional development; knowing when to make autonomous decisions as opposed to when decisions and issue require escalation
- Ability to balance challenger and activist energy with corporate leadership responsibility
- Being flexible and politically aware of dynamic nature of our business
- Must be willing to engage actively across time zones and travel occasionally, locally and globally when required
