**Major Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manages and executes diversity and inclusion activities for our regional D&I strategy
- Supports the launch of the regional D&I strategy and relevant change management efforts
- Measures, tracks, and analyzes the effectiveness of inclusion initiatives and predicts future trends in our inclusion efforts
- Develops communication collateral to increase visibility and awareness of D&I initiatives and foster employee participation in membership activities
- Identifies and builds relationships with internal and external partners including thought leaders and peer organizations that deliver impactful solutions and ideas to support our inclusion strategies
- Works closely with senior leadership to develop internal communications that increase employee engagement and transparency regarding D&I initiatives
- Partners with HRIS to manage the construction of measurements associated with the D&I strategy
- Partners with Marketing to help shape our external D&I and employer brand
- Conducts regular data quality reviews and refines procedures to ensure integrity of data; updates systems of record with applicable transactional data
- Educates employees and managers on how to recognize, accommodate and appreciate individual differences, bridging those ideas to relate to and support company-wide business plans and initiatives
- Designs and launches innovative, strategic initiatives focused on creating a culture of inclusion that drives our retention strategies
- Partners with Learning & Development to develop and implement learning activities to educate
- employee groups on inclusion and unconscious bias
- Partners with People & Culture team to enrich our retention and employee development strategies, including training, performance and career development solutions for employees and managers
- Supports the creation and ongoing governance of employee networks and corresponding communication materials, plans meetings and event coordination
- Plans and manages all meetings and activities associated with driving the regional D&I strategy
- Manages the Diversity and Inclusion budget and tracks all other expenditures associated with the broader strategy

**Education/Qualifications Required**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Psychology, Organization Development, Communications, Social Work, or HR preferred

**Work Experience Required**
- At least 8-12 years of experience in program design and management and/or project management and coordination in Diversity & Inclusion, Organizational Development or related focus area
- Experience working in process improvement and researching, building and driving strategic plans
- Experience in facilitation or public speaking
- Exceptional network builder - internally and externally - with a track-record of establishing and leveraging relationships across cultures and in a global environment
- Experience partnering or working within a Learning & Development team and the partnership required

**Skills and Core Competencies**
- Demonstrated effectiveness managing diverse stakeholders including but not limited to executives, employee groups, external vendors and consultants
- Exceptional written and verbal internal/external communication & consultation experience
- Experience in a consultative role, identifying issues and creating roadmaps to solutions in a data-driven environment
- Experience communicating with and building relationships with cross-functional partners and senior leadership teams
- Proven track record of influencing, developing, and empowering employees across multiple locations
- Demonstrates commitment to driving business success through diverse talent, inclusive work environments, and engaging company cultures.
- Proficiency with LMS, HR and Talent analytic systems and reporting (eg., Workday, Absorb)
- Strong analytic skills, data interpretation, and visualization skills, and storytelling using data
