Dyson has identified the need to have expertise on all diversity employment matters, using internal and external insight to drive and implement the global diversity and inclusion strategy for a key market or function.

Reporting to the Global HR Diversity and Inclusion Director, the role will lead on the development of a diversity frameworks, targets, tools and policies that enable Dyson to drive inclusion through by driving engage, training and expertise.

**About the Role**
- Identify and promote new actions and activities that will support diversity and inclusion
- Increase employee engagement in diversity and inclusion and use employee feedback to develop actions to improve culture.
- Ensure diversity and inclusion ambitions are transparent and supported by all stakeholders
- Raise awareness and accountability for diversity and inclusion at a senior level
- Partner with Talent and senior leaders, to develop and implement diversity recruiting strategies and tactics that result in a robust talent pipeline of diverse talent at all levels of the organization internationally
- Foster innovation and creative thinking in the development of diversity, inclusion and well-being initiatives
- Champion the needs of all minority groups and influence senior stake holders in the benefits of a diverse business
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business in pursuit of inclusion goals
- Collaborating with the HRBPs, Talent Partners and HR Leadership Team to drive D&I programs
- Establish clear communication structures and channels to promote inclusion messages
- Facilitating development from top to bottom to create solutions, resolve issues, and train others

**About you**
- Expertise on equality, equity, diversity and inclusion is required, with demonstrable experience of driving change, whilst looking at positive action in recruitment, training and development etc
- Previous experience of having supported the development of a D&I agenda
- You’ll have in-depth knowledge of diversity best practices, concepts and programmes and have demonstrated the ability to define and deliver diversity and inclusion results
- You’ll have demonstrable excellent communication and stakeholder management skills combined with strong collaboration
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills and ability to develop positive relationships by collaborating with others, engaging in constructive conflict, and managing interpersonal dynamics
- Have a strong familiarity and understanding of legal matters related to diversity, equality and inclusion
- Have experience developing and incorporating inclusion initiatives, such as diversity training and multicultural events
