
HR Administrative Executive

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements
- Maintain and update employee records, HR e-portal, and personal files
- Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, interview arrangements, and onboarding processes
- Administer leave, attendance, medical, insurance, and other employee benefits
- Support employee engagement and training activities
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and properly communicated
- Handle employee queries on HR-related matters in a timely and professional manner
- Provide general administrative support to the Office Manager
- Prepare HR and administrative reports as requiredAssist in organizing staff meetings, events, and other office initiatives
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative support
- Familiar with local employment laws and payroll regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HR systems (Info-tech HRMS) is a plus
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Independent, resourceful, and a strong team player
