HR Administrative Executive

Job Description:
- Provide administrative support across various HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, documentation and employee engagement
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems
- Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly payroll data
- Support compliance tracking related to HR policies and employment regulations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and shared services team to ensure timely execution of HR processes
- Help prepare HR-related reports and statistics as required
- Participate in process improvement initiatives within the HR team
Be involved in HR initiatives and events
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
- At least 1 year of HR administrative experience preferred
- Basic understanding of Singapore employment regulations (e.g. MOM guidelines, CPF, annual leave entitlements, etc.)
- Exposure to payroll processing or HRIS systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
