**Job Description**:

- Design and develop the Learning & Development framework and programs based on the needs of the organization and employees (e.g. identify learning needs, develop competency framework and curriculum etc.)
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and leaders to conduct training needs analysis and develop a functional training road map
- Review of staff skills and performance periodically
- Manage training budgets and assist in the preparation of training reports
- Evaluate effectiveness of learning interventions evaluation and make recommendations for improvement
- Research in L&D to keep learning interventions abreast of future trends and relevant to learners Supporting Partners
- Conduct orientation
- Support audits pertaining to training records
- Assist and participate in ad hoc HR projects as required skills and experience required
- Adhere to company policy and work environment

**Requirements**:

- Degree with at least 5 years related experience in Training/Talent Development experience
- Experience in facilitation, design of learning interventions/programmes of different modalities (e.g. face-to-face, virtual, blended) would be an advantage
- Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and diligent
- Able to speak confidently when facilitating learning interventions
- Sensitive and discreet in dealing with personal and confidential matters.
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Demonstrate integrity and drive for excellence in work
