**Role Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Activate general principles of digital content and effective UX design including frequent iteration cycles and testing.
- Drive customer engagement through online and offline events.
- Identify behavior triggers for key conversion points in the journey.
- Focusing on the emerging area of Demand Generation Media, the leader will leverage a combination of internal and external teams and agencies to translate marketing objectives and strategies into integrated media plans with an emphasis on digital and performance-driven media: desktop and mobile display, video, Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and social.
- Assist in the development and evaluation of paid media programs and best practices, leveraging data/analytics and performance marketing tactics and technology.
**Qualifications**:
- Self-starter with marketing leadership and ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership team.
- Ability to stitch the FBSG narrative and push for thought leadership through media/stakeholder engagement and online to offline storytelling.
- Analytical and organization skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent market sense to sniff out collaboration opportunities.
- Good network with cross industry business leaders and media will be an advantage.
