Responsibilities
Lead bold, 360° marketing campaigns that span retail, digital, social, and experiential platforms.
Create meaningful consumer connections through community engagement, events, sponsorships, and on-the-ground activations.
Shape seasonal marketing strategies that not only tell our brand story but also drive sales and retail growth.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless omnichannel campaigns from store to screen.
Supercharge our digital presence through paid media, influencer partnerships, content strategy, and performance-driven targeting.
Own the marketing budget, track KPIs, and translate insights into smarter, stronger campaigns.
Inspire, mentor, and empower your team to push creative boundaries and deliver excellence.
Requirements
3–5 years of marketing experience, with a proven record in sports, fashion, lifestyle, or retail industries.
Hands-on success in integrated campaigns that combine retail, digital, and experiential marketing.
Strong background in community-building and consumer activations.
Energetic, resilient, and solutions-driven—you thrive in ambiguity and approach challenges with positivity.
Exceptional leadership, storytelling, and project management skills.
Commercially sharp with the ability to turn data into strategy and strategy into results.
Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics; willing to travel when needed.
