**The Company**

This is an excellent opportunity to join a US MNC with impressive growth across established and emerging markets. We are seeking for a high caliber Senior Financial Accountant to support the setup of the Finance processes and systems.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Financial Controller and working closely with the finance team and other key stakeholders, you will be setting up the new processes, define the accounting transactions in an insurance industry and help to define and create the reporting requirements to establish automated processes for the flow of information between the company, the insurer and key partners. Setup the reporting that is required for the flow of data between our insurance partners and us. To put the processes in place to perform reconciliations and the reporting to key stakeholders. Establish the accounting transactions that are required for an insurance product. Help design processes for the flow of data and information between the relevant parties. Define the statutory and management reporting requirements. Establish effective process and controls to ensure compliance, corporate governance and safeguard of company assets

**Your Profile**

To qualify for this role, you must be a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, and mínimally 7 years of relevant experience ideally within Insurance/Reinsurance industry. It will be essential to have prior experience in implementing new financial accounting processes or system. We are looking for a strong communicator and an excellent team player who is resilient, pro-active and able to work well in a high growth and unstructured environment.
