Location: North

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and recommend for approval by the relevant risk committee, appropriate compliance policies and procedures
- Keep Management up-to-date on new regulatory developments
- Promote the culture and practice of adherence to compliance standards
- Manage issues independently from end-to-end, updating Head of Compliance periodically
- Provide compliance support and guidance to the business, including issues on Conflicts of Interest, Outsourcing arrangements and Business Contingency Plans
- Support the Compliance function of the other businesses in Local and oversea as and when required
- Assist with regulators’ queries and requests for information
- Ad hoc duties / projects as assigned by Compliance senior management

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or a Bachelor Degree in related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Risk Management / Compliance is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
