E-commerce Marketing Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Create and execute social media strategies to increase the company's online presence.
- Take ownership and spearhead the comprehensive strategy formulation and planning for online campaigns across the entire Domestic Promotions and Campaign team.
- Offer guidance, direction, and supervision to both sitewide and category marketers.
- Supervise the overarching strategy and unique selling points (USPs) of category marketing, while also supervising the conceptualization, creation, and implementation of campaigns by the category marketing team to enhance category sales and capitalize on its distinctive strengths.
- Create, implement, and assess novel initiatives for acquiring new buyers, aimed at boosting purchases on the platform.
- Set up and manage the company's social media channels in English, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Set up and manage online stores on platforms such as Zalora, Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify.
- Engage with the audience, monitor comments, and respond to inquiries.
- Drive the conceptualization, planning and execution of innovative fully integrated, 360-marketing activities to achieve sales, conversion, and new buyer acquisition.
- Develop and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, and updates.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with the company's creative team to produce high-quality visual and written content.
- Assist in the development of creative and compelling marketing materials, including graphics, photos, and videos.
- Assist in marketing campaigns, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans to drive online sales.
- Implement and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to enhance marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ecommerce marketing, preferably in the apparel goods sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Experience in setting up and managing online stores on Shopee, Lazada,etc.
- A creative mindset with a passion for crafting compelling brand narratives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Prior experience in social media management and content creation is a plus.
