**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and check-ins
- Understand client business needs and objectives to provide tailored EOR and HR solutions
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and expansion
- Address client concerns promptly and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
Lead Management & Conversion
- Follow up on inbound leads in a timely and professional manner
- Qualify prospects and move them through the sales pipeline
- Negotiate contract terms and close new business
Business Development & Support
- Represent Link Compliance at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
- Network strategically to generate new leads and business opportunities
- Build relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Collaborate with marketing team on event strategy and follow-up campaigns
**Required Qualifications**
- 1~3 years of experience in account management, business development, or B2B sales
- Minimum of diploma in Business, Marketing, HR or equivalent
- Experience managing client relationships and growing accounts
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness and consultative selling approach
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving client challenges
- Professional and polished demeanor
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with international clients
- Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance in Singapore and/or Asia-Pacific region is a bonus
- Experience in HR services, EOR, PEO, staffing, or professional services industry will be a bonus
