**Responsibilities**
- Able to handle recruitment and selection of non-management staff
- Monitor new employees’ confirmation and OJT (where applicable)
- To process monthly payroll for office-based and field/project staff
- Notify company of new employees, resignation etc
- Assist in expatriate cessation matters
- Compensation and benefits
- Updating employees record via HRIS
- Maintain training coordination and administration
- Processing of invoices for payments for service rendered

- Degree or Diploma, preferably specializing in HRM
- Min 2 years HR experience preferably in shipping industry
- Some working knowledge of payroll administration preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous with flair for detail work
