HR Associate

**Responsibilities**:
- Support all administrative matters for Learning & Development team
- Put up Purchase Requisition approvals to incur expenditure according to approving matrix
- Source for customized learning solutions with training providers
- Administer end-to-end management of courses such as registration, confirmation, cancellation, postponement, replacement
- Maintain accurate training records
- Handle all employee's training requests and attend to HR Training mailbox enquiries
- Ensure logistics arrangements are in place e.g. venue booking, set-up of training rooms and equipment
- Assist with attendance taking for physical courses and post-course feedback consolidation
- Coordinate new hires and existing staff training
- Coordinate overseas travel requirements
- Other administrative duties as assigned
**Job Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an HR associate will be a plus
- Fast learner and a team player
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Above average organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office
- Diploma and above
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice period
