**JOB TITLE: HR ASSOCIATE
**Job Duties**:

- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process (placement of job postings, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees);
- Responsible for the maintenance and updating of employee records in the Company’s HR system;
- Ensure accurate calculation of salary components, such as overtime, monthly allowances, employee expense claims, in accordance to the Company’s remuneration policy;
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly submissions to the CPF Board;
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of IR8A, IR21 and/or other employee income tax related submissions to IRAS;
- Ensure proper retention of monthly payment receipts from CPF Board, MOM, IRAS and other government agencies relating to employee matters, and their timely submission to the Finance Department for bookkeeping reconciliation;
- Manage and attend to enquiries from employees regarding the Company’s HR policies;
- Ensure employee leave records are accurately updated and maintained;
- Spearhead other ad hoc employee related matters such as work injury claims, insurance renewals etc.;
- Ensure all training requirements are met, making arrangements for employees to participate in the necessary training;
- Administer the performance appraisals, confirmation of employment, grievance handling and termination of employment with the relevant department managers;
- Assist with any other ad hoc duties which may be assigned by the Director from time to time.

**Working hours**
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm

**What skills do I need?**
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills;
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and within tight deadlines;
- Verbal and written fluency in the English and Mandarin is required.
