Job Purpose

The Senior Associate, Human Resources plays a key role in managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth employee onboarding and offboarding, and supporting the development and implementation of HR policies. This position is responsible for driving HR programs that foster an efficient, compliant, and positive workplace environment. The incumbent will oversee payroll matters, performance management processes, and employee engagement initiatives, while ensuring adherence to labor regulations and organizational standards.

What You'll Do
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate organizational charts and job descriptions.
  • Implement and support HR programs, policies, and performance management systems, including organizing annual performance reviews.
  • Oversee payroll administration for full-time and part-time staff, and liaise with other departments such as Finance and Payroll for seamless operations.
  • Drive employee engagement and communication initiatives, including EDM development, event organization, and handling vouchers/gift cards.
  • Assist in HR projects, data analysis, and preparation of HR reports, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and continuous process improvement.
What You'll Bring
  • Education: Degree in any field.
  • Experience: Preferably with relevant HR or administrative experience; prior exposure to SAP and UAT/CR processes is an advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of HR systems and payroll processes.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Attributes: Positive, resourceful, detail-oriented, and eager to learn; good understanding of employment laws, regulations, and market practices.
