**Responsibilities**:
**Agile Leadership**:

- Act as a servant leader, guiding and coaching Scrum teams in Agile principles and practices.
- Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency within the Scrum teams.

**Salesforce Expertise**:

- Utilize in-depth knowledge of Salesforce to provide guidance on best practices, configuration, and customization.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements and industry standards.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates, releases, and emerging technologies to optimize system capabilities.

**Project Management**:

- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project delivery.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Foster effective communication between Scrum teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional departments.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure a common understanding of goals and priorities.
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or higher certification.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile development environments.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce development, configuration, and integration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
